Pine apple slices- 5
Butter- 250gm
Eggs- 5 or 6
Icing sugar- 250gm
Brown sugar- 50gm
Cherry- 50gm
Method of Preparation: The flour is to be mixed well. Take butter and add icing sugar into a bowl and mix well so that it becomes into a cream and then add egg to it. After all these ingredients are mixed well add flour and baking powder and keep aside. Apply butter to the baking tray and sprinkle flour on it so that the cake does not stick to it. After this process, put the pineapple slices on it and cherries as a layer and then pour the cake mixture on it and bake it in the oven in 180 degrees for 35 minutes. After the cake is cool cut into desired shapes and serve.
